- ideally, you want to do the "Muscular Christianity: 90 Day Workout Plan" either as part of a group or with a buddy so you can hold each other accountable. When you do it as a group, things like the PFT and the Graduation Certificate mean a little more just because you've got others to applaud as well as others to applaud you!
